Who Am I?
	Debra Harris is a native of Hopkinsville.  She has been employed by the State of Kentucky for 21 years, first as a Family Support Specialist and subsequently promoted to the position of Administrative Hearing Officer.  From these positions she obtained experience in working with the public and settling disputes.  She is a Certified Public Manager. Ms. Harris has experience in the area of organizing large functions as she served, as the PTO president for her children's elementary and middle school.  She organized and implemented  a summer reading program for grade school children.  And served as chairperson on the gift committee for Project Graduation. Ms. Harris is a certified bridal consultant.  Her business was born out of a dream and she has successfully planned numerous weddings.  Ms. Harris believes that everyone is entitled to the best wedding possible despite his or her budget.
